Yes, every apartment is supplied with Rogers Ignite Gigabit free included with their rent. Download – Up to 1 Gbps, Upload – Up to 50 Mbps, Unlimited usage.

Is there enough parking?

The 88 suites between 15 & 35 Blue Jay way share 146 parking spaces. Plenty of parking for tenants and all their guests.

What appliances come in the unit?

Each suite has its own energy efficient washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave. The units also have energy efficient heat pumps providing comfortable heating and cooling throughout the changing seasons.

Do you offer storage lockers?

Lockers are available for rent in the basement of 35 Blue Jay Way. They come in small and large sizes varying from 50-100 sqft.

Are you pet friendly?

Cardinal Suites is a pet friendly building. There are some restrictions. It is suggested to inquire with management regarding your furry friend.

Is the property wheelchair accessible?

15 & 35 Blue Jay way both have barrier free units.

Can I charge my electric vehicle?

15 & 35 Blue Jay Way will have pay-per-use universal electric vehicle charges.

Can I arrange a viewing of an apartment?
